NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the Iberia Parish Council will review appeals from property owners on their 2018 assessments on September 12, 2018. In compliance with R.S. 47:1992 and the 2018 Louisiana Tax Commission guidelines, the Council will meet as a Board of Review at 6:00 p.m. on the 12th day of September, 2018 to consider the written or oral appeal of any taxpayer desiring to be heard. Appeal forms may be picked up at the Iberia Parish Assessor's Office or obtained online @ the Louisiana Tax Commission website. Appeal forms must be properly filled out with name, address, phone number and pertinent information regarding property being appealed and reviewed by the Assessor's Appraisal Department. Anyone needing assistance filling out the forms may contact the Assessor's Office at (337) 369-4415. Appeal forms must be received in the Council office by 4:30 p.m. September 6, 2018 (7 days prior to the Council meeting of September 12, 2018).
