Welcome to Pelican Driving School, located at 103C W Admiral Doyle Dr, New Iberia, LA,
the most experienced and oldest driving school in Iberia Parish. For nearly 24 years, we have been a staple in our community and the surrounding parishes, providing top-notch driver's education to generations of students.
We are proud to announce that Pelican Driving School is now under the new ownership of Collin and Creighton Buteaux, grandsons of our founder, Charlsie Maturin. As third-generation owners, we are honored to carry on our grandmother's legacy, work ethic, and knowledge that we were fortunate to learn firsthand.
Our experience comes from years of observing our grandmother teach driver's education classes, and we are both products of her teaching. We not only strive to continue her traditions but also aim to grow the driving school and take it to new heights.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us for the past 24 years. Because of you, we are one of the oldest driving schools in Louisiana with some of the youngest owners. We will continue to work tirelessly to provide the best driver's education experiences for our students, just as our grandmother did.
