Since 1971, Acadian Ambulance's membership program has operated under adherence to strict state and federal requirements. The goal of the Acadian membership program is to provide benefits to members when they use the ambulance service. Currently, sixty-five percent of our members are 62 years of age or older and are Medicare recipients. We also have a large number of members who are simply in need of convalescent care and protection in emergency medical situations.
